The lower town portion has also been carefully re-constructed to reflect the early 1800s. The park covers three states and is the only park outside of Yellowstone that does that.<br \/><b>Stamp Location:<\/b> Stamp is located at the visitor center, just west of Harper&#8217;s Ferry on US 340.  The stamp is also available in the lower town information center.
