Typically, anything involving\nmultiple employees time is a project.&nbsp; This\ninvolves a formal process and paperwork such as status reports, meeting\nagenda\u2019s and meeting minutes, etc.&nbsp; E.g.&nbsp; \u201cReplacing our accounting software will be a major\nproject.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projectize<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;\u2013 <\/strong>To turn an\nimplementation into a formal project.&nbsp; E.g.&nbsp; \u201cWe need to projectize this work\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pull\nthe plug<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 To stop the project.&nbsp; E.g.&nbsp;\n\u201cI don\u2019t want to have to pull the plug because we don\u2019t have enough\nresources.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pull\nall the stops<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013 To do everything that is necessary and don\u2019t\nlet anything stop you.&nbsp;
