Synopsis: Park preserves over 1,000,000 acres of forests, alpine meadows, and lakes and its spectacular glaciated landscape. One of the largest intact ecosystems in the lower 48 states. Stamp Location: Stamp may be obtained at the Apgar VC two miles from the west entrance in West Glacier, at the Logan Pass VC and the St Mary VC all along the Going to the Sun Rd. The stamp can also be obtained at the Polebridge, West Glacier, Many Glacier, Two Medicine and Lake McDonald Ranger Stations. Not available in Canada. |
