Synopsis: Geological preserve of mountains rising more than a mile from the valley floor below are the youngest in the Rockies, but display some of the oldest rocks at the same time. Stamp Location: Stamp may be obtained at the Moose Visitor Center off US 26/89/191 just north of Jackson, the Jenny Lake ranger station located midway through the park on Teton Park Rd and at the Colter Bay Visitor Center on US 89/191/287 at the northern end of the park. |
