Validation – To prove that something works.  E.g.  “Has this gone through validation yet?”

Value-added – Something that increasing the worthwhile nature of something.  E.g.  “This new cash register system is a value-added asset.”

Vetting – Checking.  E.g.  “Has this vendor gone through the vetting process?”

Visio – An electronic diagram showing a process, usually produced the Microsoft® Visio® application.  E.g.  “Can you get me a Visio showing the process?
